Regular therapy sessions are a powerful tool to help with mental health wellbeing, but there are some instances where other resources may be needed. This can include periods when I am unavailable due to vacations, holidays, or other commitments. During these periods, it's important to have access to support and resources to help you maintain your mental and emotional wellbeing. Here are some alternate support options to consider:
